CANCELLATION POLICY

Due to limited stock and this is live animal which cost us times and works to prepare for your order, we request that you cancel within 24 hours from time you submitting your order. This will ensure we don’t move live animal out of their current home to prepare for shipping because this process will cause live animals getting stress. It also give us the opportunity to working on many other orders and taking care for many live animals here in our facility. You may cancel by phone or online by mail. If you cancel your order after 24 hours from time of submitting then there is a restocking fees and it is 20% value of your order. If you cancel your order within 24 hours of submitting, there is only 5% fees as this is transaction fees we need to pay back to merchant service to process this transaction, However, if you do not cancel prior to the 24 hours before shipping scheduled, it will be final sale. We cannot refund as we already prepare and pay for shipping label.
If you cancel a special order or a pre-order (i.e. ordered before the fish arrive), a restocking fee of 25% will be deducted from your refund or store credit.

For anything else not of live stock, you can cancel your order and only 5% cancellation fees that we have to pay to merchant processing service.
